Setting up online payments

To take payments for products, voucher or bookings, you'll need to add online payments to your site.

To do this, you can set up an account with our payment gateway directly from your website, and includes specifying which bank account that any payouts will be paid into. This bank account can also be updated if it changes - please see the Payouts article for more details.

Setting up online payments

Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup > Business Detail > Enable Online Payments.

  2. Fill out the required information.

  3. Read and Check I agreed to the Terms of Service & Processing Rates

  4. Click Enable online payments.

Your identity documents must match the name, DOB and address you provide in this form.

Payments should be enabled quickly and you'll be able to sell online and also take credit card payments in system. Please refer to the Payouts article for more details around how money is paid to you from the payment processor.
