Setting up online payments

Article Summary

To take payments for products, voucher or bookings, you'll need to add online payments to your site.

To do this, you can set up an account with our payment gateway directly from your website.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup > Business Detail > Enable Online Payments.

Note

If the "Enable online Payments" button doesn't exist, you can go to the specific URL by pasting in the following path after your URL when you’re logged into your website “/Admin/Setup/OnlinePayments”.

For example:

  • https://YourUrl.com/Admin/Setup/OnlinePayments

  • https://YourUrl.BookingTimes.com/Admin/Setup/OnlinePayments (f your site isn’t live yet go to your BookingTimes site)

  1. Fill out the required information.

  2. Read and Check I agreed to the Terms of Service & Processing Rates

  3. Click Enable online payments.

Your identity documents must match the name, DOB and address you provide in this form.

Payments should be enabled quickly and you'll be able to sell online and also take credit card payments in system.
