Understanding booking symbols

There are a number of Booking Symbols which show on the calendar, and allow you to quickly interpret your Bookings at a glance:

 New Client.

 Shows when client has confirmed their booking for tomorrow. Bookings are automatically marked as confirmed if the booking is made within 24 hours of booking time to prevent unnecessary follow up calls.

 Booking has been paid.

 Shows when the staff has made an entry on the checklist for that booking.

 Shows when an alert has been made by reception to the staff to inform them the client is waiting.

 Shows when it’s the client's birthday.

Client belongs to a membership group. 

Booking Note has been added.

Number of times a service has been booked.
