Creating an online course product

An online course product is a full online course created by using the Learning Management System, noting that the online course must be created first before following these next steps.

For example:

Product categoryProduct type (system defined)Product name
CoursesOnline courseOnline driving course
CoursesOnline courseOnline nutrition basics course

Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup > Shopping > Products & Packages
  1. Click Add Product

  1. Enter the Product Name
  2. Enter the product Category
    1. See Creating product categories for more information on adding product categories
  3. Under Product Type, select Online Course
  4. Enter remaining product details, such as the Online Course and  Retail Price
  5. Click Save
