Purchasing a Voucher
Vouchers can be purchased directly on your website through the shopping cart. At the end of the purchase flow, the client will see a screen that lets them book with their vouchers or send them as a gift to someone else.
Redeeming a Voucher
Vouchers can be redeemed in the following ways
1. Redeemed from the Purchase Confirmation Page
The client can book in immediately from the Purchase Confirmation screen by clicking on "Book Now with your Vouchers"
2. Redeemed from the Confirmation Email
- Find the purchase confirmation email send to your email address
- Click the link to open the website
- Book in ensuring you login with the account with the vouchers.
3. Redeeming from the Client's Account page
- Navigate to Account > My Profile
- Click My Bookings
4. Click Book Now on the relevant Voucher
Booking your Service
Steps
- Click an available booking slot on the Calendar
- Select the Service Type & Service Length combination. The term "Voucher" will appear under the Service Length if a voucher is found. Note: 2 x 1 hour vouchers can be used for a 2 hour service.
- Click Confirm and proceed through the booking process.
