iPhone keeps logging out

On occassion, settings on Apple Iphone have caused frustration due to staff members being logged out when not on the browser directly.

Preventing the iPhone from automatically logging out

Steps

• Clear your cookies & history on your phone. This link has the following instructions: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/251168731
• To clear your cookies and keep your history, go to Settings > Safari > Advanced > Website Data, then tap Remove All Website Data.
• If you still have issues, try downloading the Chrome browser for your iPhone.
