Creating a general service product

A general service product is something additional to your services that client's don't need to book.

For example:

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup > Shopping > Products & Packages

2. Click Add Product

3. Enter the Product Name
4. Enter the product Category
   1. See Creating product categories for more information on adding product categories
5. Under Product Type, select General service 
6. Enter remaining product details, such as Retail Price and Cost Price
7. Click Save
