A gift certificate is sent when someone purchases a voucher or package for someone else. The gift certificate will be sent to the recipient via email.
You can change the design that is used for gift certificates. BookingTimes offers a range of gift certificate designs - including seasonal designs - which can be purchased on the platform.
Steps
- Navigate to Setup > Shopping > Gift Certificates
To add a gift certificate, click Buy Now
After purchase you can change the default gift certificate by clicking the star icon.
