Creating your own gift certificate designs

A gift certificate is sent when someone purchases a voucher or package for someone else. The gift certificate will be sent to the recipient via email.

You can create your own gift certificate design by following this guide.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Setup > Shopping > Gift Certificates

  2. Click Add Custom Gift Certificate

  3. Enter the certificate name

  4. Click View the layout template to download the gift certificate layout guide

  5. Create your gift certificate design based on the template

  6. Click Set Image to upload your image

  7. Click Preview Certificate to check how your certificate looks and make any modifications

  8. Upload your final file and click Save

  9. You can make your certificate the default design by clicking the star icon.
