There are 3 standard conversion goals that you should setup and are based on reaching a specific URL. Remember that URL's may include parameters, so use partial matching (not exact matching) in your goals.
You can setup conversion goals for your site in Google Analytics.
1. Making a Booking
Reaching this URL means that a client has successfully made a booking.
- https://website.com/Account/Booking
2. Getting to the Checkout Page
Reaching this URL means that a client has made an account and are on their way to making a purchase from the Shopping Cart (not a booking).
The purchase has not been completed at this point.

3. Completing an Order
Reaching this URL means that a client has made a purchase from the Shopping Cart (not a booking). This may include the purchase of prepaid vouchers, gift certificates or physical goods.

4. Submitting an enquiry
Reaching this URL means that a client has made an enquiry from the Contact page.

5. User Unsubscribes
Reaching this URL means that a client has clicked on an unsubscribe link to remove themselves from your marketing lists - this includes bulk emails, bulk SMS & marketing sequences.newsletters.
