    This article will detail how to send an SMS or Email to a client directly from their Client Profile.

    Sending SMS

    SMS Fees

    Please note, SMS are charged per 160 characters. The fee will be added to your monthly billing. Emails are free.

    Steps

    1. Navigate to the Clients menu
    2. Enter Client details
    3. Click Search

    1. Under Mobile on the Client Profile, Click Send SMS

    1. Enter your message in the popup
    2. Click Send

    Steps

    1. Navigate to the Clients menu
    2. Enter the client details
    3. Click Search

    1. Under Email on the Client Profile, Click Send Email

    1. (Optional) Select the email template
      1. Select the template type from the dropdown
      2. Click the blue arrow to load
      3. See Creating an email template for more information

    1. Enter the subject line
    2. Edit the content of the email
