    Sending bulk SMS

    You can send a bulk text message to all of your clients or staff. This guide will show you how to use the bulk SMS.

    SMS cost

    Please note, there is a cost for sending SMS. You can view the cost under Setup > System Settings > Account Settings and scroll down to SMS Pricing. Emails are always free.

    Steps

    1. Navigate to Marketing > Send Bulk SMS
    2. Click Create a new SMS
    3. Under Recipients choose use your recipient group
    4. Under Sender choose the staff who's signature will appear
    5. Enter your message in the text box
    6. Click Send
