Resending a booking confirmation email

If a Client reports that they have not received a booking confirmation or reminder email, or you have recently moved a booking and need to resend a confirmation, you can do this from the Booking Detail screen.

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Bookings page
  2. Select the relevant Booking
  3. Click the Audit tab
  4. Next to the Booking Confirmation or reminder Email, click Resend
