    Import emails into BookingTimes Webmail

    Login to Webmail

    You can access you email online at: https://mail.bookingtimes.com

    Enter your email and password, and click Login.

    Navigate to import settings

    1. Go to Options > Advanced > Import

    2. Enter the email address (username) and password for the email that you want to import from. 

    3. Check the Messages box and fill in the server details for your email provider:

    Port: 993
    Use SSL: Yes

    Outlook/Hotmail

    Server: imap-mail.outlook.com
    Port: 993
    Use SSL: Yes

    GoDaddy

    Server: imap.secureserver.net
    Port: 993
    Use SSL: Yes

    Other/Self hosted

    Server: mail.domainname.com^

    Port: 993

    Use SSL: Yes

    ^ Replace “domainname.com” with your domain name.

    e.g. mail.mydrivingschoolwebsite.com.au

    1. Once you're ready, click import and you will be put in a queue to have your emails imported into webmail. Please note: this process can take a few hours depending on how many emails need to be imported.image.png
