Driving test locations

For organizations such as Driving Schools who may have bookings at a specific venue, i.e. a Test Centre, BookingTimes allows you to add a list of these which can be chosen from when making a booking (and also includes adding the Test Time). This article will cover how to enable them on a Service first, and how to then add and remove Test Locations

Admin bookings only

Please note these options will only appear for admin bookings only, they will not appear publicly.

Enabling test locations and times on a service

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup > Bookings > Services

2. Click the relevant Service > Options Tab

3. Under Show test Location, check Allows a test location to be selected on the Booking. You can check to Show Test Time

4. Click Save
   
   
   
   

5. Once this is set (and you have added Test Locations as per the section below), you as an admin can add the Test Location (and Time) as follows.
   

   

Adding test locations

Ensure that you have enabled the test location/time on a service first as per the above section. After that’s done you will then be able to add test locations.

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup > Bookings > Locations

2. Select the relevant Location/region your test centre(s) will be in

3. Click the Test Locations tab

   3. If this tab isn’t visible, ensure that you have enabled the test location/time on a service first as per the above section.

4. Click Add Test Location

5. Enter the Test Location name

6. Click Save

Removing test locations

Steps

1. Navigate to Setup > Bookings > Locations

2. Select the relevation location/region your test centre is in  

3. Click the Test Locations Tab  

4. Click the relevant Test Centre

5. Click "Remove Test Location"
