# Google Analytics conversion goals

There are several standard conversion goals that you should setup and are based on reaching a specific URL. Remember that URL's may include parameters, so use partial matching (not exact matching) in your goals.

You can setup conversion goals for your site in [Google Analytics](https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/#/home).

## 1. Making a Booking

Reaching this URL means that a client has successfully made a booking.

- https://website.com**/Account/Booking**

## 2. Getting to the Checkout Page

Reaching this URL means that a client has made an account and are on their way to making a purchase from the Shopping Cart (not a booking). The purchase has *not* been completed at this point.

- https://website.com**/Account/CheckOut**

## 3. Completing an Order

Reaching this URL means that a client has made a purchase from the Shopping Cart (not a booking). This may include the purchase of prepaid vouchers, gift certificates or physical goods.

## 4. Submitting an enquiry

Reaching this URL means that a client has made an enquiry from the Contact page.

## 5. User Unsubscribes

Reaching this URL means that a client has clicked on an unsubscribe link to remove themselves from your marketing lists - this includes bulk emails, bulk SMS & marketing sequences.newsletters.
