Creating a quote

Create a quote

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Sales menu
  2. Select the Quotes tab

  1. Click New Quote

  1. Enter Quote details including Date, Sales Person, Client, and optionally Discount and Purchase Order

  1. Click Add Products

  1. Select a product
    1. You can search for a product in the search bar if required
  2. Enter the product Quantity and the Sale Price you are quoting for

  1. Click Update

  1. Click Save Quote

  1. Click Email Quote or Print Quote from the side menu to send to a client

Converting a quote to an invoice (product sale)

Once a quote has been approved, you can convert it directly to an invoice (product sale) and pay for the quote.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Sales > Quotes

  1. Select the relevant quote
  2. Click Convert to Invoice
